The population of dog owners in our society is surpassing ten million. The reason why people raise dog is partly because they want to keep a small, cute, or loyal friend of their own, or partly because they just feel lonely without pets. But, when people actually do raise a dog, there are many troubles including economic burdens and time investment. As a result some of them end up abandoning their dogs.
Have you ever seen an abandoned dog wandering around the streets? Didn’t you ever turn your back on them because you think they are all dirty?
Throw away your prejudice about them. They just need to have their new family.
Every Saturday, the ‘Free Adoption of Abandoned Dog’ event is held at Itaewon station exit 1 by ‘People who find abandoned animal’s happiness (Yuhaengsa)’. The adoption process immediately takes place at the event from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The dogs are mostly about to be killed by euthanasia, if they are not adopted.
